Play Therapy uses a variety of non directive play and creative arts techniques to alleviate psychological and emotional conditions in children that are causing difficult or challenging behaviours.
Play Therapy helps children communicate and express themselves and their internal worlds. Play therapy can offer support in helping children to make sense of family situations and their changes whilst building confidence and self esteem.
Family focus also utilises play as a medium to work with parents and their children to develop helpful attachment patterns when relationships have become unhealthy and impact on child development.
